We had the distinct oppurtunity to be called upon by Jim Salmon of WHAM 1180 to give his office the "Sunny Days" touch.  It was our pleasure to visit the Home Inspection headquarters in Albion, NY to help bring some new life into those walls. we brought the color wheel with us and Jim was quickly ushered out of his office so that his trusted office manager Terry and his wife Diane could make some important "corporate decisions"

We are currently in the middle of doing a total coating restoration on Park Avenue near East Avenue in Rochester. Stop by 1330 Park Ave. and see how the Sunny Days crew is removing all the old paint and preparing the siding surface for new paint. When there is too much paint on a house it loses its ability to move with the wood, causing premature failiure of new coatings. You have two choices if you want to keep your homes original wood style, keep touching it up evey year or strip it completely and give it new coatings that will last 10 years plus. On top of the longevity factor, the surface will be smooth and have almost no defects when done. Scraping and painting leaves too many layers, call Brian for an appointment to discuss Stripping all those layers off your home.

Ok so maybe not ever, but in my memory it seems so. I had high hopes for the summer of 2009, Lots of plans for my yard and home. Some of those plans never made it to the top of my honey do list. The rain just kept coming, June passed and it seemed like April to me? July kept the pattern going until the last week or so and then came August, Sweet August finally showed us some decent weather and we caught up with our workload. We may have a little room left to squeeze a few more outside projects in so, call soon or you might have to wait for spring.
